What We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, delivery/pickup preference, and order history. If you subscribe to marketing emails, we also collect your marketing preferences. Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.

How We Use It

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries and warranty/return claims, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails about new products and promotions.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email, or from your account page.

Sharing

We share necessary order details with our couriers/shipping partner and payment processor (including PayPal) solely to fulfil your order. Some of these third-party service providers may process or store data outside Australia as part of their standard international operations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our legal, tax, and warranty record-keeping obligations. Financial and order records are generally retained for at least 7 years as required by Australian tax law.
