Collect your order from Factory 2-3, 163 Bamfield Road, Heidelberg West VIC 3081, Australia. We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Australia-Wide Shipping — $9.95
A flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
Free Shipping over $50
Orders totalling $50 or more (after any applicable discounts) ship free anywhere in Australia.
Processing & Delivery
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-7 business days via our courier/Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Lithium Battery Shipping
Lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods for transport. As a result:
- We currently ship within Australia only, by road transport — we do not ship lithium batteries internationally or by air freight.
- All batteries are packed in compliance with carrier dangerous goods requirements, including insulating terminals to prevent short-circuiting.
- We cannot ship batteries that are damaged, dented, swollen, leaking, or otherwise non-compliant with carrier safety requirements.
- Shipments are subject to our courier's dangerous goods terms and any additional restrictions they apply, including to remote or non-serviced areas.
